Martin’s Funerals Franchising administrate the services, but any Martin’s branch can be used.
Client is to immediately inform the branch that they are Prospercare members.
Martin’s Funerals will assist the family with al documentation regarding the claim and submit the claim to Prospercare on their behalf.
Martin’s Funerals will provide the family with the following documents for each service conducted:
Standard resident graves are included in all Funeral packages, to the maximum value of R800.00.
The bus provided is for local service only for a radius of 50km and is outsourced. Should a bus not be available or if the client does not require a bus, a discount of R800 will be given on options 1 – 4.
These packages are available to any Prospercare member or their family, whether they are covered under the Prospercare plan or not.
For any long distance funerals that need to be conducted, Martin’s Funerals will award any Prospercare member or their families a 15% discount on the standard traveling fee.
Any Prospercare member or their families wanting to erect a tombstone will receive a 10% discount on the tombstone.
